Once your deal is signed, we’ll send you tips to keep closing on track and prevent delays, and when your purchase date gets closer, we mail a moving checklist so there are no unexpected surprises. When you’ve settled in, meet your neighbors! We provide addressed postcards (and the stamps to send them) so you can introduce yourself. Take the time to write a little bit about you and your family or simply a short and sweet hello. It’s all up to you.
