Deb Specht
Looking for a more flexible schedule, Deb jumped headfirst into the real estate world in 2005 after many years teaching high school Spanish. Since then, she has been one of the top selling residential agents in Yankton thanks to her willingness to work hard and her competitive nature. Deb values relationships and is willing to go the extra mile to make each transaction as smooth as possible. With her background as an educator, Deb knows the importance of staying up to date and continues her professional education whenever she has the opportunity. From market trends to the ever-changing housing laws, she stays on top of what’s happening in real estate. Deb holds active licenses in both South Dakota and Nebraska. She’s also a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys assisting our Hispanic clients with their buying or selling needs.
In addition to her professional career, Deb also serves on the Yankton City Planning Commission, CTE Advisory Board at Yankton High School, and as a board member and active volunteer in our local Junior Achievement chapter. She loves spending her free time boating with her husband, Dan, their three children, Jayna, Regan, and Cameryn, and grandchildren Quinn, Maverick, Beckett, and Eli.
